The finished product!

So I finished my knitting project sooner than I thought! I would just knit and knit some more during all of the ranger baseball games (go Rangers!) and was able to finish it real quick! It is called a scarf cowl, pretty much a neck warmer. I have been looking on etsy and even found them at fossil for well over $30 and I just couldn't bare spending that much when I could make my own for way cheap!

And the finished product! The buttons are just for looks, there are actually snaps underneath for a more secure hold. Also the top left photo is more true to color than the others...the others were taken at night in some warm lighting which altered the color a bit.

I can't wait to wear this in the winter! It is VERY warm, and can't really be warn in the unseasonable high temperatures we've been having lately. Darn.
