...welcome to the beach!

So I have completely changed the blog, again. I am just way too excited about our beach trip, which is still over a month away! And when I say "way too excited" I mean I have been tossing and turning every night this week because I can't sleep due to so much excitement. Well there are other factors that are adding to the excitement..like the new iphone coming out... but I won't get too nerdy on y'all. ;)

This weekend we are having a church staff retreat! I am so excited about spending time with the staff and their wives, and getting to know them more. They are a real fun group to be around, and i'm excited to be a part of it! Tonight we're going to an amazing restaurant in Fort Worth called Joe T. Garcia's, and then tomorrow we're having a pool party! Now that is how you do a staff retreat!


Last night I got a text from my dad with this adorable picture of Kaley and Ashley, is she not the cutest thing you've ever seen? She has grown so much in just a month! Seeing this picture made me miss Ashley, Daniel, and Kaley SO MUCH! Yet another reason why I am so excited about the beach trip!

I've been really slacking with updating the blog, but it's been a little boring around here lately. Hopefully things will pick up soon :)
