Hanson & Bluebonnets

Some of you may or may not know... about my obsession with Hanson. Actually, i'm not obsessed anymore, but I definitely was! It started out when I was in 7th (or 8th) grade. I saw a video on VH1 and I liked the catchy tune. Mmmbop. Ba du ba dop. I then asked the question, "are they boys or girls?" Back then, Hanson had long girly hair. I found out that they were boys, and I was hooked. "SING TO ME TAYLOR!" was sewn into a huge twin size sheet, with wood sticks in the sides for the Atlanta concert. Yes, my awesome family DROVE to Atlanta from Charlotte, NC so I could see my favorite band. I cried. I screamed. And my dad and sister had kleenex stuffed in their ears. My mom was bopping up and down with me (she liked them too haha).

16 Magazine. I was in it. Yes, a picture of me standing in the middle of my room, holding all 3 Hanson albums, with my poster covered walls. I was on the page with the title "Hanson Fans show us their rooms" Proud moment right there! Here is that famous photo:

I'm writing all of this because Hanson just came out with a new music video, or should I say dance music video. The video is HILARIOUS. A little tid bit... 2 of Taylor's kids are IN the video. How weird is that? It feels like yesterday when I was in the craziness of my obsession with them! And now they all have kids! Multiple kids!

Anyways, here is the video, enjoy :)

Bluebonnets!! A favorite for Texan's during this time of the year. I have been searching and searching for the best batch of bluebonnets ever since Easter, but it wasn't until today that I was WOWed! Matt found this HUGE batch of bluebonnets on the side of a little road, where there isn't much traffic. Perfect for taking pictures! We might go back tomorrow and get pictures of us in the middle of them if the rain holds off! I hope it does!
