Oh my word! Tonight I made WW pizza, but there was nothing diet about the taste of this meal! The entire pizza, yes, the WHOLE thing was a total of 5 points! Here are the ingredients:
- FlatOut wraps[1pt] (I bought the italian style)
- 1 container of grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- little bit of basil and oregano
- 1/4 light cheese[2pt]
- 2 Tbsp black olives[1pt]
- turkey pepperoni[2pt=17 pieces]
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. I first made the tomato sauce. I put the olive oil in a skillet, cut the grape tomatoes in half, add the basil, oregano, garlic and onion. Let that simmer for about 5 minutes to get the tomatoes soft. Then start smashing the tomatoes with a fork till it becomes a sauce.
Place the FlatOut wraps on a cookie sheet. Spread the sauce on the flat bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. On my pizza I had black olives. I put the turkey pepperoni on Matt's. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
It's so easy to make, and so filling to eat!
Looks great! Reminds me of Daddy's Margharita pizza.....where do you find FlatOut Wraps?
ReplyDeleteThey are on the bread isle, by the tortillas (ours were on the very bottom shelf) or you might find them by the produce. They are sooo good! And tons of fiber!
