The little details

We are still getting things cleaned up and organized in our new apartment. All the boxes are finally unpacked, now we just need to find a place for all those items. We cleaned the old apartment on Saturday and turned in our keys! I can't tell you in words how good that felt! We didn't even have one last "goodbye" in the apartment. It was more like "grab the cleaning supplies and lets get OUT OF HERE!"

This is a funny little tidbit. When leaving the complex for the final time, we saw a little sign that the management put at the front gate. It simply read "Paradise Found at Villa Miranda!" I choose to STRONGLY disagree with that statement!

Our new fabulous apartment is still being decorated and organized, so I still can't take pictures of entire rooms yet, but that can't stop me from taking the detailed shots, ha! :)


This is probably my favorite scene in the sunroom. It is so peaceful to just sit in there and unwind. You'll have to fight our cat Jade if you want to sit in that chair though, she has claimed it to be her own, haha


This is such a silly picture, but it truely was one of the selling points for us! I am not a fan of the metal blinds, specially since our cat would annoy the mess out of us with them. So when I saw the plantation blinds, I said "SOLD!"


I l-o-v-e these bar stools! I have been wanting to get these since our very first apartment, but they never would've looked right. But now they look just right :)


This is more than just a picture of a canister set. This is a picture of the canister set i've always wanted but never had the counter space to display them. This is a picture to show that I have more than enough counter space to cook, spread out multiple bowls and display my cute canister set. Yes. I am happy :)
