5 months!

Caleb, you are 5 months old! How is that possible? You are growing like a weed (that's what Gami says!) and you amaze me and daddy with everything you are learning to do.

I'm going to guess you are 14.5 pounds and 24ish inches long.

You are wearing a few 3 month outfits but mostly 6 month clothes. We bought you some new 6 month PJs the other day and we were shocked by the difference between them and the 3 month PJs! They look huge! You are growing into the 6 month footy PJs, but they are still a little big on you.

You are still wearing size 1 diapers. I was going through your old clothes the other day and came across an un-used newborn diaper, I can't believe those were once BIG on you!

You drink 5 ounces six times a day, with a few 5.5 bottles mixed in there to start the process of giving you more. We recently started giving you 6 ounces right before bedtime.

You are wanting to take control during feeding time....sometimes you will hold the bottle all on your own! You look so proud when you are feeding yourself!

You are sleeping around 11 hours every night. You also like to sleep on your side. You are very very close to rolling onto your tummy, and when that happens i'm pretty sure you will start sleeping that way.

You are a PRO at taking 30 minute cat naps. You will take about 5 of these during the day. It is very rare, but you will sometimes sleep 2 hours for your morning nap.

You have found your feet! You aren't putting them in your mouth yet, but it's coming soon!

Whenever we laugh, you will laugh too. It's the cutest thing! We keep trying to record you laughing, but anytime you see the iPhone you get so fixated on it and won't do anything but stare.

You love to stand! You must think sitting is overrated, because you would rather stand than sit.

You are getting better and better at sitting on your own. You are still a little wobbly, but I have a feeling in a few weeks you will be sitting on your own.

You are the bubble making machine! You're an expert at making spit bubbles.

We are pretty sure you are teething now, but no teeth yet! You drool like crazy and starting to chew on anything you put into your mouth.

You are such a smiley baby! If we just look at you, you smile! I love how your eyes smile too...precious!

You are still rocking the bald patch on the back of your head. You are starting to get your hair back though!

We are so proud of you Caleb and love you more than you will ever know!
