15 weeks

I am 15 weeks! 5 more weeks till we reach the HALFWAY mark!! Oh my word, this pregnancy is flying by! A million thoughts are running through my mind, one being should we start clearing out the guest room? I am getting antsy to do something with that room. Maybe this weekend we can tackle clearing out the "junk" closet and making it more baby-closet-like.


Size of baby: navel orange (4 inches and 2.5 ounces)

Total weight gain: Probably still around 2-3 pounds.

Maternity Clothes: This week I haven't worn my maternity clothes as much. I think I started wearing the maternity pants a little too early. I've been wearing all my pre-pregnancy pants and tops this week, with the occasional belly band added to some of the pants.

Boy or Girl? We will find out on October 6th! 3 more weeks!

Movement: I'm not sure if this was the baby or not, but on my way to work one morning this week I felt a few flutters, one after the other. My seatbelt was putting some pressure on my lower belly, and when I moved the seatbelt the flutters stopped. I also felt the same feeling last night while laying in bed. I still think it's a little too early to feel anything, but it didn't feel like gas to me haha!

Sleep: Still loving bedtime! It's the best part of the day!

Anything you miss? Nope, not yet!

Cravings? I've lightened up on my cheese craving a little, but I can't seem to let up on the pasta just yet. This baby will LOVE Italian food, that's for sure! I'm also loving strawberry flavored snacks, mmm!

Symptoms: I'm pretty sure the nausea is gone now, I think! This has been a pretty good week, and i'm even starting to get a little of my energy back! I've been going to bed after 10pm this week, which is a BIG deal!

Any fears? Just hoping baby M is doing good in there! When the symptoms go away it makes me nervous, but I know God is in control which comforts me.

Best moment of the week: Starting to feel more like myself, and not a green-masked monster! haha :) Also, not baby related, but the weatherman said the 100+ temps should be gone for good and we're getting RAIN!
