January 20th (Matt's b-day!), my office threw us a shower! We had a wonderful lunch and fellowship with everyone before opening up all of the gifts. We received so many wonderful things for Caleb! I think it's cool how so far each shower we've had has had a "theme" without anyone trying to make it a theme. The family and friends shower had a clothing/diaper theme, and my office shower had a feeding/bathing theme! We received so many bottles, baby shampoo/lotion, and his changing pad! The biggest gift we received at this shower was his stroller!! We were so excited when we opened this gift! (We took zero pictures during this shower....I forgot to bring my camera that day, so sad! So here are phone pictures..)
We absolutely can't wait to see his cute little self in this stroller! Matt and I are so anxious, we just keep pushing the stroller around the apartment,
yes we are cheesy!
A really cool thing they did at this shower was write down a bible verse on an index card for Caleb. Each of my co-workers read the verse they chose for him and it was such a sweet time. When I got home I immediately tied them all up together with ribbon so I won't lose any of them. We can't wait to read them to him!
